Our place is in Lokmanya Nagar, specifically Flat No. 56 in Building No. 5. If you know the area, we are quite close to Saka Halwi, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s more of a residential-style setup turned into an office, which gives it a more relaxed feel than a corporate tower. We focus on structural consulting. We spend a lot of time looking at concrete and steel specs. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting conversation at dinner, but it’s what we know. The office is often full of folders and old records. We’ve been at this for a while. Being in a residential building means we know our neighbors. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, except for the usual street noise. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and we're usually at our desks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We handle the technical side of construction projects. Some days are slow, others we are running around trying to meet deadlines. We don't use much fancy software if the old ways work better. It’s just us doing our job in a quiet corner of Lokmanya Nagar. We keep some plants by the window, though they don't always get enough water. It’s just a normal office for normal work.
