Das Offshore Engineering Pvt is located in Sector 7 of Navi Mumbai. If you’ve been to this part of Maharashtra, you know how much it has grown over the years with all the new buildings and people moving in. We are right in the middle of it all. Our office is a basic setup where we handle the engineering side of offshore projects. Navi Mumbai is a good spot for us because it’s close enough to the ports and the sea but still has a bit more space compared to the main city of Mumbai. We spend our days mostly on the computer or on the phone, trying to make sure every project is moving forward as it should. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about to people at dinner, but it’s what we know and what we are good at. The office in Sector 7 isn't hard to find if you know the area well. We have a small team here, and we all know each other pretty well, like a small family. There’s no corporate hierarchy or fancy titles here; we just do what needs to be done every day. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, and other times we leave a bit early if things are quiet and the work is caught up. It’s a simple life. We like the local food around here and the fact that we can get to the office without too much trouble from the traffic. We don't really have a mission statement.
