Customer Care

Our office is at 527 Pitale Apartment. We are located in Budhwar Peth, specifically on Old Tapkir Lane in Pune. It is one of the older and more historic parts of the city. The lanes around here are quite narrow and there is always something going on outside the window. Pitale Apartment is a building that has been there for ages. We have got a small space on the second floor, which is why there is a 02 at the end of the address. It is a bit cramped inside with all the files and the various computer equipment we need for Customer Care. It is not a fancy or modern office. We have some old chairs and a wooden table that wobbles a little if you lean on it too hard. Pune is a great city to live in, but working in Budhwar Peth means you really have to get used to the constant noise and the crowds. We do not have a big, bright sign outside the building. Most people just know where we are through word of mouth. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the business. We just stay here and help out whoever calls us or walks through the door. It is just a practical and simple way to work. We do not use big corporate words or have long, pointless meetings. We just get through the day's tasks as they come. It is a simple life here on Old Tapkir Lane.
