We are based over in Vishrantwadi in Pune. It’s an area that has changed a lot lately, with new shops and buildings popping up everywhere. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our daily property tasks. It’s usually pretty busy because the junction nearby always has a lot of activity. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We have a few desks pushed together and a corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the horns honking outside, but once you get into your work, you stop noticing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites across Pune. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about catching up on the computer work. We aren't big on decorations; we just have a calendar on the wall and some maps of the city. It’s a functional environment. There isn't any fancy lobby to wait in. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We’ve been in this part of Pune long enough to know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic. Most people who drop by are looking for quick answers about their buildings or lease papers. We do our best to help them out and then move on to the next thing. It’s a no-nonsense way of running things, which seems to suit everyone just fine. We just try to keep things moving along without making any extra trouble.
