We have been operating out of Laketown Bibwewadi Pune for quite some time now. It is a pretty straightforward setup here. Most of the staff comes in around nine in the morning and we get straight to it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we sit and handle our daily tasks. Bibwewadi is a busy area, so there is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most of us live nearby or take a short commute on our bikes. There is a small tea stall right around the corner where we usually take our breaks. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the traffic or the weather. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all day. The work is steady and keeps us occupied until the evening. We don't spend much time thinking about big goals or things like that. It is more about getting through the files and making sure the paperwork is sorted out by the end of the day. If you are looking for us, we are just in the Laketown area, tucked away from the main heavy traffic. It’s a decent place to work, and the people here are mostly focused on their own desks. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
