If you find yourself in Pune at Sangam Heritage, you’ll find us at Flat No 303. That is where Cotmac is based. It’s a bit of a mix here, being in a building that feels part residential and part office. Our pin code is 411033. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we have set up our computers and files. We like it because it feels more like a home than a cold office. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. We don't have a receptionist or any of that fancy stuff. Usually, one of us just gets up to open the door if someone knocks. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or talking to each other about projects. The kitchen area is where we usually end up for a break. It is a simple setup in a good part of Maharashtra. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a group of people working together in a flat. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs. It’s just part of the daily life at Sangam Heritage. We stay busy, we keep our files organized, and we try to get things out on time. It is a very normal way to run a business. We have been in this spot for a while now and it suits us just fine.
