Our place is at 94, Lullanagar, specifically in Villa No. 2. It’s part of the Midas Touch complex in Pune. Being in a villa rather than a tall glass office building makes a big difference to how we work every day. It’s a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate environment. We have our own entrance and it’s quite easy to step outside if we need a breather from the computer screens. Consultant isn't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here in Maharashtra. Lullanagar is a good area to be based in because it’s got a bit of everything and it isn't quite as loud as some other parts of Pune. The villa itself is okay, nothing too special, just a solid place to set up our laptops and get to work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. Sometimes we have our meetings in the small room near the back, but mostly we are just at our desks doing our own thing. There’s a bit of greenery around the villa which is nice to look at when you’re tired. We don't really bother with any fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a functional space. We come in, we do the work we need to do, and then we go home. That’s the way we like it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the villa stays the same.
