Constorium Architect

Constorium Architect is based in the Kothrud area, over at 1/2/N. It’s a typical local office where the main focus is just getting the blueprints right. Kothrud is a busy residential hub, so we see a lot of people wanting to renovate their old family homes or build something new on a small plot. Our office is usually quite full with rolls of ammonia prints and various scales lying around. We don't spend much on decor or flashy signs; we'd rather just have good drafting tables and enough light to see what we're doing. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking site levels. The address can be a bit tricky for people to find the first time, but once they do, they usually just drop in whenever they have a question about their project. We spend a lot of time on site, which means the office can be empty for a few hours in the middle of the day. We try to be practical about everything and avoid getting too caught up in stuff that doesn't matter for the actual construction. Working in Kothrud has its own set of challenges with the narrow lanes and busy traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are as accurate as they can be for the masons.
