We are Confidential, located at Gautami Appt in Mayur Colony, right behind the Bank of Maharashtra in Kothrud. If you are looking for us, just ask for Hemant Vandekar's place, as we are staying here with him. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much during rush hour. Our office is tucked away in the colony so it is actually quite peaceful most of the time. We have been in this spot for a good while. The building is older but it has a lot of character. We are in the Pune 38 zip code area. It is a comfortable space where we handle all our daily business. We do not have any big flashy signs outside. Usually, the windows are open to let in the breeze unless it is raining hard. Pune weather is usually nice but the monsoons can make the lane a bit muddy. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. Most of our days are spent at our desks just focusing on the work at hand. It is not a high-pressure environment, just steady and honest. We know the security guard at the gate and the local shopkeepers. It feels like being part of a real neighborhood here in Mayur Colony. We just do our thing and try to keep things simple and organized without any fuss or corporate nonsense.
