We are located in Sandesh Society, which is tucked away near Marketyard in Pune. Being near the market means there’s always a lot of movement around us. Early in the morning, you can hear the trucks and the bustle of the wholesale trade nearby. It’s a lively area, though it can get quite dusty. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a room where we can sit and work in peace. Sandesh Society is a decent place, pretty quiet once you get inside the gate and away from the main road noise. We’ve got our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone. There’s no big reception desk or anything like that. We just walk in, start the machines, and get going. Sometimes we grab some snacks from the small shops just outside the society gate. The water cooler makes a weird humming sound sometimes, but we’ve learned to ignore it. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a lot of meetings or visitors, so we just focus on the work at hand. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn't too bad compared to some other parts of Pune. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward team. We just do our thing here every day without making a big deal out of it or worrying about appearances.
