Concept Interiors

Concept Interiors is located over in the New Cloth Market area of Erandwane, specifically at 16 2. Being near the cloth market is actually pretty helpful for what we do. There are always fabrics and materials moving around nearby. Our place is full of samples, swatches, and half-finished sketches. It’s a bit of a mess to be honest, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and trying to figure out what fits where. It’s not just about making things look nice; it’s about making them work for the people who live there. We have big tables for laying out plans, and they are usually covered in coffee rings and pencil shavings. Erandwane is a lively part of town, and we’ve been here long enough to know the rhythms of the street. We don't have a fancy showroom with perfect lighting. If you come by, you will see us actually working on things. Sometimes we are arguing over a color or measuring a space for the third time just to be sure. It’s a practical business. We use simple tools and a lot of patience. People stop by to ask questions or look at books of designs, and we just tell them what we think based on what we’ve done before. It’s a good way to spend the day, surrounded by patterns and ideas. We just get on with it.
