You can find us at the Yusufia Complex in Sayyadnagar, which is part of the Hadapsar area in Pune. We are at S No-73/6. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of small industries and shops around. Concept Engg Proj Pvt Ltd is tucked away in this complex. Our office is filled with old blueprints, rolls of tracing paper, and a few computers that have seen better days. We work on various engineering projects, mostly doing the technical drawings and planning. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent checking measurements or talking to contractors over the phone. The complex itself is quite old and the stairs can be a bit steep. There is always the sound of welding or metal being moved from the workshops downstairs. We’ve been here since the business started as a small partnership. Now it’s a Private Limited company, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We still sit around the same big table to discuss project issues. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Lunch is often a tiffin brought from home, eaten while looking at a site map. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the calculations right and meeting the deadlines. We don’t do any fancy marketing. Our work comes from people who know we’ve been in Hadapsar for years and trust us to handle their projects.
