Concept Designers Architect

Our workspace is at Kondhwa Khurd 307. Concept Designers Architect is just a few of us who have a background in design and building. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-end gadgets in the office. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a whole lot of pens. We like being in Kondhwa Khurd because it feels like a real community. We know the people who work in the shops nearby and we often see our neighbors when we are out for a walk. Architecture is a lot of work that people don’t see, like checking codes and making sure the structure is sound. We spend hours on those details because they matter more than anything else. We don’t have a marketing department or a salesperson. When people call us, they talk directly to the person who is going to be doing the drawing. We think that makes things a lot easier for everyone. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when we have a big deadline, but we usually manage to keep things calm. We have a small area where we keep all our old drawings in tubes. It is interesting to look back at what we did years ago. We are just a group of people at number 307 trying to do honest work and help folks build what they need. It’s a good way to spend the day.
