Concept Architect & Designer

We are located right in the Main Bazar of Lalru 17, inside Camp Rajinder Sales. It is a lively area, so there is always noise and people moving around outside our door. Our space is filled with sketches, measuring tapes, and a lot of empty coffee cups. We do both the architectural side and the interior design, so we are usually juggling a lot of different tasks at once. One minute we are talking about structural beams and the next we are looking at paint swatches or floor tiles. It gets a bit chaotic, but that is how we work best. Lalru is a growing place, and we see a lot of new stuff coming up lately. We try to help people make sense of what they want. Often, they have a rough idea but don't know how to put it on paper properly. We take those ideas and turn them into something a builder can actually follow. We don't have a fancy lobby or someone to open the door for you. You just walk in and we talk. Sometimes the printer jams when we need a big plan printed, or we spend all morning on the phone with a supplier who is late. It is a real business with real problems. We just want to make sure the buildings we design are practical for the people who use them every day. No fluff, just hard work and some decent drawings on the table.
