Dhanori Road in Kondhwa Khurd is where you’ll find us, specifically at number 8. This is where we make all our chocolates and sweet things by hand. It’s a small shop, and honestly, the kitchen takes up most of the space. Working with cocoa is how I started this because I’ve always liked baking, and eventually, it turned into a real business. We have a couple of glass display cases where we put out whatever we managed to bake or set that morning. Some days we have more variety than others, depending on what ingredients we could get from the market. It’s a lot of work, and my hands usually smell like chocolate even after I go home at night. The road outside can get very crowded, especially in the evenings, so it’s sometimes a bit of a struggle for people to find parking right in front. We don't have a big team, just myself and one person who helps with the cleaning and the packaging of the boxes. We use basic tools and a lot of manual labor to get the recipes right. We don't have any fancy branding or expensive packaging materials. We just wrap things up in plain paper. People in the Kondhwa Khurd area seem to like what we do, and we get a lot of regulars who stop by for a treat. It’s a quiet little business and we just try to keep things going the best we can.
