Coco Bean Chocolates

We set up Coco Bean Chocolates on Prabhat Road in Pimple Saudagar because it seemed like a good spot. The area is always moving, with people going to work or heading home. Our shop is quite simple inside. We have some glass cases where we keep everything tucked away from the dust. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for when the school nearby lets out. Then we get a lot of kids pressing their faces against the glass to see what we made that day. We don’t have a massive selection, just what we can manage to make fresh each week. Sometimes we run out of the dark chocolate faster than we expect. My wife handles the packaging while I do most of the mixing and melting. We’ve had the same light fixture flickering for a week now, and I really need to get around to fixing it. That’s just how it goes when you run your own small business. You end up being the janitor and the repairman too. We aren't looking to open ten more branches or anything like that. We are happy just being here on Prabhat Road. We like seeing the same faces come through the door every week. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We just keep our heads down and keep working until it’s time to lock up for the night.
