You can find us over at Plot Number 27 in the New Sanghvi area of Pune. We’re in the Pinple Puarv section, working out of a space owned by Dilip Pote. It’s a pretty simple setup. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. Most people who come to see us already know where we are. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. There are more houses now and the roads are busier than they used to be. Inside, it’s just a few of us. We have our desks pushed together and we talk across the room when we need to figure something out. It’s not corporate at all. We don't have HR policies that fill up three binders. We just try to be fair and get the work done on time. If a customer has a question, they talk to the person actually doing the work, not some call center. It’s more personal that way, even if we aren't always the most polished. We like the independence of being a small outfit in Pune. It gives us the freedom to do things our own way without having to check with a head office in some other city. We just show up, do the tasks, and go home. Usually, there's a bit of music playing in the background to keep the mood light while we handle our responsibilities.
