We run Circa Consultants out of E 3 Ganga Homes. If you know Viman Nagar in Pune, we’re right behind Viman Elegance. It’s a decent spot, though finding the right turn can be tricky the first time. Being in Maharashtra keeps us busy, and the 411014 area is always humming with activity. We’ve set up our office to be functional rather than flashy. There are a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of computers. Most of our day is spent talking to people or looking at documents. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of focus, so we keep the noise down. The building itself is pretty standard for Pune. We like being tucked away behind the main buildings because it’s a bit quieter. Sometimes we grab tea nearby when we need a break from the screen. It’s just a handful of us working here, so we all know each other well. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, handle the consulting work we have for the day, and then lock up. It’s a steady pace. Viman Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner at Ganga Homes stays mostly the same. It’s a good, practical place to be based for what we do. We try to keep things organized but honestly, there’s always a bit of paper clutter. That’s just how a real office looks.
