Chrysalis Hrd

Chrysalis Hrd is located on the fifth floor of Brahma Estate, which is right at the NIBM Junction in Kondwa, Pune 411048. Our office is unit B 3 20. Being on the fifth floor is quite nice because we get a bit of a breeze when we open the windows in the morning. We aren’t the kind of place that uses a lot of big words or fancy business talk to sound important. We just help people with their hiring and job searches. It’s a busy office, especially in the mornings when the emails start coming in fast. Our team is small and we all pitch in to get things done, no matter what the task is. Brahma Estate is a busy building, so there’s always people coming and going from the lift. Our space is pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when people come by for interviews or meetings. It’s a real working environment, so it might be a bit messy with papers or files sometimes. We like being in Kondwa because there are so many good places to eat around the NIBM Junction. We don’t have a big corporate handbook to follow. We just try to be decent and give honest advice to anyone who asks us. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the junction. We just keep our heads down and do our work the best we can every day.
