Chopde Engineers & Contractors

We have been working as Chopde Engineers & Contractors for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away at 1359/3 in Sadashiv Peth, right inside the Murlidhar Niwas Cooperative Housing Society. It is a busy area, but we like it here. People often come by to talk about building projects or repairs they need done. Most of the time, our boots are muddy and we are out on various sites around the city. We handle the technical stuff and the actual labor part of contracting. It is hard work, honestly. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or material shortages, which is just how this business goes. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some blueprints, and a lot of phone calls. Living and working in a place like Sadashiv Peth means you know your neighbors. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how much it will cost. If a wall needs fixing or a new structure is going up, we get into the details. There are always challenges with old buildings in this part of town. You never quite know what you will find once you start digging or tearing down a partition. We just keep at it day by day.
