Our little clinic is tucked away in Shop No 4 of the Yashshri Apartment buildings. If you know where the Aundh petrol pump is, we are right across the street from there in Gaikwad Nagar. It’s a handy spot because most people pass by it anyway when they are out running errands or getting fuel. Chirayu Ayurveda Yoga And Panchkarma Clinic is where we spend most of our waking hours. We do a bit of everything here, from yoga sessions in the early morning to the panchkarma treatments later in the day. The space isn't huge, so things can feel a bit crowded when we have a full yoga class going on, but we always make it work. We’ve got some mats and the usual equipment for the treatments. It’s not a spa with soft music playing everywhere, it’s more of a practical place where people come to get back on their feet. The traffic outside can get loud since we are so close to the main road, but once you are inside, it feels a bit more settled. We’ve been here in Aundh for a bit now and have gotten to know the regular faces. Most of our furniture is just stuff we picked up over the years that still holds up well. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything like that. People just know where to find us when they need some help with their health. It’s a simple life running a clinic like this for the neighborhood.
