Chintamani Consultancy Services

Chintamani Consultancy Services is based in Sector 21 at the Gulmohar Architect Co Operative Housing Society. Our specific spot is Sahani Sujay Park 21 22. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it is a nice area to work in. The housing society has a lot of green spaces and the park is right there for everyone to use. We are in a residential setting, so the vibe is very relaxed. We do consultancy work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people and looking over their documents. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and filing cabinets. We have been here for a good number of years and we know the other residents in the building quite well. It’s a quiet place to get things done, which is helpful when you have to focus on complicated paperwork. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People just come to the society gate and ask for us. The security guards know where we are located. We try to keep our workspace neat, but with all the files, it can get a bit cluttered sometimes. We usually start our day around nine and stay until the work is finished. It’s a steady pace and we enjoy being part of this local community in Sector 21. There's a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we often go to get a break.
