Chawadi Business Development Corporation

Chawadi Business Development Corporation is located in Flat No. 301 of the Prerana Arcade Building, right on Nagar Road. It’s an office setup where we spend our time helping people figure out how to start or grow their own small businesses. Nagar Road is always packed with traffic, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have a few desks and some meeting space where we sit down with folks to talk through their plans. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We’re more about practical advice and showing people the steps they need to take. We’ve seen a lot of different ideas come through these doors, and we enjoy the variety of it. The office isn't full of fancy furniture; it's just a functional place where we can focus on the work. We don't go in for big, complicated strategies. Instead, we look at what’s actually possible for a person starting out. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or looking at local regulations and market trends. We’ve been in the Prerana Arcade for a while, and we like being part of the business community along this stretch of road. It’s just us, working hard to help others get their own projects off the ground without making things too difficult or confusing for them.
