We’ve been set up at Atharva Sankul Flat No 1 for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot in Pune, out in the 411051 area. Most days start with someone forgetting their keys or the kettle acting up before we actually sit down to work. We aren't a massive outfit with fancy lobbies, just a few rooms where we handle the Cequity Solutions stuff. It gets busy, especially on Mondays when emails pile up. The flat is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Sometimes we go out for tea near the corner when the office feels too small. The door handle sticks a bit if you don't pull it just right. We've got a small grocery shop just downstairs where we pick up milk for tea. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized and making sure the paperwork doesn't get lost. Pune weather is decent lately, though the afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard. We’ve got some desks shoved together and a lot of wires tucked behind the cupboards. It isn't a showroom or anything, just a place where we do our jobs and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. People stop by sometimes looking for the other flats, but we've got a small sign up now. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have for the day. There’s always some maintenance happening in the building which can be a bit noisy.
