We are out at Gate Number 76 in Jyotiba Nagar. Talwade is an industrial kind of place, so there are a lot of factories and workshops around us. Centriexpert Engineers Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the rest of them. We spend our days working with different types of machinery. It is noisy and there is always the smell of oil and metal in the air. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our overalls working on a project. We take our tasks seriously because engineering doesn't leave much room for mistakes. But we don't act like we are doing anything special. It is just a job at the end of the day. The area can be a bit rugged and the roads aren't always the best, but it is where the work is. We have a small crew and we’ve been together for a while now. We drink our tea in steel cups and talk about how to fix a specific part or how long a certain job will take. There are no big speeches about what we do. We just look at the drawings, use the tools, and make sure the machines are running right before we head home to our families. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
