Central Transport Co has its main office at Kasarwadi Productivity Road, Alkapuri A/104. Productivity Road is a busy place, and we fit right in with the noise and the constant movement. Our office at A/104 isn't anything special to look at. It has some old wooden desks and a couple of metal filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them. We’ve been running the transport business from here for years. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of where the trucks are and when they’ll be back. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some basic phones and our own notes. Sometimes the traffic in Kasarwadi makes everything run late, and we just have to sit and wait it out. There’s a tea shop just a few doors down where we spend a lot of our time while waiting for drivers to show up. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just want to make sure the goods get moved. The floor is usually covered in some bit of dirt or grease from the trucks, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of our clients are people who have been using us for a decade or more. They know where to find us in Alkapuri when they need things hauled across the city.
