Central Corp

Central Corp is tucked away at 10 Shukrawar Peth, right by Phatakwada. This is an old part of town, so the streets are narrow and it is always crowded with shoppers and scooters. Our office is in one of those older buildings where the stairs are a bit steep and the ceilings are high. We have been here for a good while. It is a place where we handle orders and talk to suppliers. There isn't much flair to the way we do things. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a computer that has seen better days. It gets noisy outside with the bells from the nearby temples and the vendors shouting, but it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We deal with various goods, mostly supplying local shops with what they need to stay stocked up. It involves a lot of phone calls and writing down numbers in ledgers. Sometimes the tea boy comes by twice a day because we need the break. We aren't looking to change the world. We just want to make sure the deliveries go out on time and the accounts are mostly correct. It is a steady rhythm that we have fallen into over the years. This is our corner of the world, and we are quite content with how things operate in this busy neighborhood.
