Cco is located over in Kothrud, specifically in the Lic Colony area. We’re at F 10, right by Sai Sayajee Garden. Pune 38 is a nice part of town to be in. The garden nearby makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Our office is part of the local fabric here. It’s not a big fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We’ve got our own way of doing things, which usually involves a lot of coffee and some steady work on our projects. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which we appreciate when we need to concentrate. Sometimes you can hear the birds from the garden or the sound of people walking by. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on being here and doing what we do. The office itself is pretty functional. We have the usual stuff—desks, chairs, a few computers, and a lot of paper. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. We’ve known some of the people in the colony for years now. It feels like a small community. We just keep things moving along, one day at a time, without making a big fuss about it. It is just a regular office in a nice quiet part of Pune.
