CASACONCEPT LLP

Casaconcept LLP is based in a gala, specifically Gala Number 4 at SR.NO. 654/1/2 in Ganga Dham, right on Katraj Road in Pune. It’s a practical workspace, not a fancy office in a glass tower. We like the gala setup because it’s sturdy and gives us the room we need to keep our materials and equipment without being cramped. Pune has changed a lot, and Katraj Road is always moving with traffic, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We spend most of our time working on designs and figuring out the logistics of how things actually get built. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s usually a bit of dust on the desks and we’re always looking for where we left the measuring tape or some samples. We don't have a PR team or any fancy slogans that we put on posters. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they often are in this area. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and trying to stay on top of various deadlines. We don't have a set of corporate rules about how to talk to clients. We just tell them the truth about what we can do and what it will cost in the end. It’s a small group of us, and we all know how to do a bit of everything. Sometimes we stay late to finish a drawing, and other times we’re out on a site for the whole day. It’s just how we run things every day.
