You can find our Capgemini branch in Pune at Plot No 555 in Sector 25. We are in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but Nigdi still has a bit of its own character. Our office is on a decent-sized plot. It’s a simple building with a 411044 zip code. We have a small parking area for scooters and a few cars. Inside, the setup is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some chairs, and a kitchen area where we make coffee or tea. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It feels more like a place where real work gets done. We have a few windows that let in the light, which is nice on the sunny days Pune is known for. The staff at Capgemini here are mostly local people. We talk about the local traffic or the latest cricket match during our breaks. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do our tasks, and go home. Sector 25 is a fairly organized part of town, so it’s easy to navigate. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city. It’s just a solid, quiet place to work. We have what we need to stay busy without any of the extra fluff you see in big companies. It is just a normal Pune office.
