Capgemini

Our little Capgemini team operates out of room 202 in the Ashok Agam building in Katraj. It’s a familiar part of Pune for us. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it’s sturdy and does the job we need it to. We don’t have any fancy signs out front or a glossy lobby to greet people when they come in. It’s just a standard office space where we put in our hours every day. Most days are pretty quiet, which is how we like it best. We focus on our computers and keep the chatter to a minimum when things get really busy around here. There’s a small window that looks out over the street, and we watch the city go by when we take a tea break. We’re just a group of people who know how to work hard without making a big deal out of it. There aren't any mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos from a party. We use simple tools and follow a simple routine. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s a very practical environment for us. We don’t try to sound like a big corporation because we aren’t really that. We’re just local folks working in Katraj, trying to keep things organized and making sure the work is finished on time. It’s a plain, honest workspace that fits us.
