You can find our Capgemini team over in Akurdi, specifically in the Shubhashree Residential complex. We’re in C2 808, tucked behind the old Jaiganesh Multiplex. Being off the Old Mumbai Pune Highway makes it easy for us to get to, though the traffic can be a real pain during rush hour. It’s more of a quiet residential vibe here than a loud, busy business park. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded and calm. There’s no big reception desk or security guards in fancy suits. It’s just a door and then us working inside at our desks. We’ve got a view of the surrounding buildings and we can hear the hum of the highway in the distance most of the day. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials for getting the job done properly. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the way the building settles and makes noises. Everyone who works here is just a regular person trying to do a good job. We don’t use any of those big industry buzzwords or fancy talk. We just talk like normal people and focus on the tasks we have for the day. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or something quick from a nearby stall. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the work week without any unnecessary drama or polish. It suits us just fine.
