You can find us at B22 on the Nia Campus, which is situated on the Balewadi Banner Road in Pune. Our zip code is 411045. The campus is a decent place to be, with enough space for us to do our work without feeling too squeezed in. We’ve been at this location for some time now. The office is full of computers and some old files that we really should probably clear out one of these days. We have a mix of younger staff and a few older folks who have seen it all. Our days are pretty routine. We arrive, check what needs doing, and get to it. The road outside can get quite noisy with all the traffic heading towards Balewadi, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and go to their desks. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes at our desks if we are busy. We’re part of Capgemini, but here on the ground, it just feels like a local office. We focus on the technical tasks we've been given and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for the clients. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we like the people we work with. Most of us take the bus or ride scooters to get here.
