We’re based out of Sai Residency in the Keshavnagar area of Chinchwad. Pune is a big place, but this little corner feels like home to us. The office is located right inside the residency, which makes it feel a lot less corporate than the big glass buildings downtown. We have a small group of staff here who handle different parts of the business. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to what others deal with. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons finishing up projects. There isn't anything fancy about our setup; just some sturdy desks and good chairs because we sit a lot. The building is well-maintained, and we know the security guards by name. Sometimes we bring in food to share, or we head out to one of the local spots for a quick bite. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, and we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home. Being in Chinchwad means we are away from the busiest parts of the city, which suits us just fine. We like the quiet and the fact that we can actually hear ourselves think. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs the best they can. We try to keep the noise down for the other residents living in the building.
