Capgemini India Pvt Ltd

We are located at B 203 in the Amarendra Society, which sits in the Ganesh Mala area along Sinhagad Road in Pune. This is a very busy part of the city, and the traffic on Sinhagad Road is something we have to deal with every single day. Our office for Capgemini India Pvt Ltd is inside a residential society, which gives it a much more personal feel than a typical office park. We are on the second floor, and the unit is set up with all our necessary workstations and computers. It is a bit of a tight fit sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The society itself is quite old and has a lot of trees around, which is nice when the Pune heat starts to pick up in the summer. We usually head out to the local cafes or small eateries on the main road when we need a break from the office. There is no corporate jargon or fancy mission statements posted on the walls here. We just have a calendar, some local maps, and our daily to-do lists. The team is small and we tend to help each other out with whatever needs doing. It is an honest, local operation where we value the fact that we can work in a familiar neighborhood without too much fuss or ceremony.
