Call Centre

If you’re looking for us, we are on the second floor of the Mrdrycleaners building. This is in Maharshi Nagar, right near Swargate in Pune. It’s a bit of an unusual spot since we are right above a dry cleaner, but it works for us. The stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying your bag up in the morning. Being a Call Centre, it gets pretty lively inside once the day starts. We aren't a big, polished company. We’re just a group of people working out of a rented floor in a busy part of Pune. Swargate is a major hub, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. You can hear the buses and the horns if the windows are open. Inside, we have our rows of desks and our headsets. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a full shift, but we make it work. We don’t have a fancy breakroom or anything like that. Usually, people just grab a snack at their desk or head downstairs to the street. Maharshi Nagar is a decent place to be based. It’s easy for everyone to get here using public transport. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the dry cleaner downstairs knows us all. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of environment. We just do our work and go home. There is a small tea stall around the corner where we usually go. It’s a simple way to spend the workday.
