Cadem Software Services Pune

We are based in Pune, specifically over in the Dhankawadi area. Our office is located at 54 Niwara Housing Society in Shridharnagar. It is a pretty typical Pune neighborhood, with lots of people and activity around. The office for Cadem Software Services is inside the housing society, so it feels very integrated into the local community. We aren't in a high-rise glass building; we are just in a regular house that we have set up for our software work. It gets a bit busy around here during the mornings when everyone is heading out. Inside, we have our computers and servers running. We do a lot of technical work related to CAD and software services. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code or a bunch of corporate rules. We just show up and do our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this part of town. We have been in Shridharnagar for a while now and we like the vibe of the Niwara society. It is a good place to be if you want to stay away from the extreme noise of the city center. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or designing, just like any other tech shop. It is a practical setup that works well for the kind of services we offer to people.
