C3It Software Solution

We are based out of Flat No 6 in Rajhshree Appartment, right here in the Baner area of Pune. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a residential building, but it works for us. C3It Software Solution is basically a handful of us working on code and fixing tech problems throughout the day. The flat is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional argument about a bug that won't go away. We like it here because it’s not like those giant IT parks where you get lost in the hallways. Here, we just walk in, sit down, and start working. Pune has a lot of software companies, but we’re happy being one of the smaller ones tucked away in an apartment. It keeps things grounded. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space for more equipment. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s just a kettle and some packets of tea. We spend most of our time just trying to figure out solutions for the projects we have on our plate. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. We’ve been in Baner for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal job in a normal place, and that’s fine by us. We aren't looking to expand into some massive skyscraper, we just like our corner here.
