We are C V Designers Pvt Ltd, based in the New Sangavi area of Pune. Our office is actually at the place of K S Jaikar, on Plot 13 of Survey 71 in Kirti Nagar. It’s a residential-style neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We like it that way because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We have been here for some time now. The workspace is simple and functional. We don't have any big posters or fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly, you’ll just see desks with computers and people working on designs. Pune is a city of students and professionals, and we fit somewhere in between. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the noise from construction nearby, but we just work through it as best as we can. Our team is small, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just sit down and do the design work that is required. It's a humble setup, but it suits our needs perfectly. We don't have a big front desk or a security guard. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very direct way of running a company. We just want to get through our list of tasks for the day and then head home to our families. Some days are more stressful than others, but we manage. It’s just us doing our thing in Kirti Nagar.
