C M Industries is situated right on the Pune Solapur Road, specifically at number 66 in Ganesh Nagar. Being on such a major road means there is never a dull moment. We have trucks and cars zooming by at all hours, and the sound of the traffic is just part of our daily background music. The workshop or the office area—it’s all a bit mixed together here. We have our equipment and our supplies stacked where they fit. It’s a practical space designed for work, not for showing off. We usually start the day early, before the heat really kicks in. The air can get a bit dusty from the road, so we’re always wiping down the surfaces. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know their way around the industry. We don't use fancy titles or have long meetings. We just look at what needs to be finished and we get to it. Sometimes we take a break outside when the sun starts to go down and the breeze picks up. Ganesh Nagar is a busy area with a lot of other small businesses just like ours. We all sort of know each other and look out for one another. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve been at this for a while, and we plan to stay right here at 66 for a long time. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing.
