C DAM CONSULTANTS LLP

We are based out of Megaspace 13 on Solapur Bazar Road, right near East Street in Pune. This area has a lot of character, especially because it is so close to the old cantonment side of town. Our office for C Dam Consultants is not anything elaborate or modern. It is just a functional space where we handle all our work as a small partnership. Being in the 411001 zip code means we are right in the heart of the city, which makes getting around to different parts of Pune pretty easy most of the time. The building itself is a bit older, but it has everything we need to run our business day to day. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to people on the phone. We do not have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or fancy coffee machines. We just have a small kettle and a lot of files. The traffic on Solapur Bazar Road can be a bit much during the rush hour, so we usually try to get into the office early to beat the worst of it. We like the fact that we can walk out and find good food just a few minutes away on East Street. It feels like a real working environment, not some polished corporate center. We just do our own thing and keep our records as straight as we can.
