Business Development Bureau

The Business Development Bureau is operating out of 35 3 in the Sanvid Housing Society. This is in Tingrenagar, Pune, which is a bit of a residential area compared to the big IT parks. Because we are inside a housing society, the atmosphere is quite different from a regular commercial building. It’s quieter, and you see families and kids around during the day. Our office is basically a converted space that fits our team well enough. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, which is nice when you’re working long hours. We’ve got some basic furniture and a few fans going to keep the Pune heat away. Tingrenagar is a good spot for us because it’s a bit more relaxed. We usually start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to get finished by the evening. There isn't any big corporate branding on the walls or slick brochures on the tables. It’s just us and our equipment. Sometimes the society gates are a bit of a hassle for visitors, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s a simple setup for the work we do. We don't try to make it look like something it's not. We are just a group of people working from a quiet society address, trying to get through the daily list of things that need doing.
