Our office is located at Landmark Garden in Kalyani Nagar. We are in Building E, Flat 101, which is on the first floor. It’s a pretty nice area to work in, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day. Business Acumen Advisors Llp has been operating from this Sr. No. 207 address for a bit now. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. Instead, we are a small group that prefers the quiet of a residential-style office. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We usually have the windows open when the weather is decent. Inside, it looks like a regular workplace with papers everywhere and a couple of computers that have seen better days. People stop by to chat about their business needs, and we sit down in the small meeting area we set up. We don't really go for all that corporate talk you see in brochures. We just talk like regular people. It's easier that way. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project, and other times we head out early if things are slow. Living and working around Kalyani Nagar means we see the same faces often, which is nice. It feels more like a community than just a place of business. We focus on giving advice that actually makes sense for the people we talk to every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping out where we can.
