BUILD AND SCALE LLP

We are located in the Life Montage building on Symbiosis Road, specifically at Flat No. A 1005. This is in the Sus area of Pune, right at SR. No 214/3. It’s a bit of a climb up to the tenth floor, but the view is actually okay. We do work involving building and scaling things, mostly on the business side of things. It keeps us busy from Monday through Friday, and sometimes even on the weekends if things get backed up. The team here is pretty small, and we spend a lot of time in this flat working through different projects. It doesn't feel much like a corporate office; it feels more like a workspace where friends are trying to get stuff done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just come to the building and find us via the flat number. Pune is a fast-growing place, and being out here on Symbiosis Road puts us right in the middle of it. We try to stay focused on the work and not get too caught up in the noise. There’s always a lot of traffic in Sus, so we’ve learned to plan our days around that. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just handle the tasks as they come and try to grow things at a pace that makes sense. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do on a daily basis.
