Our setup is tucked away in Madhuban Society over in Pimple Nilakh. It’s a quiet residential patch in Pune, which actually helps when you need to focus on research stuff. We’re located at S. No 28/1, right in the camp area. It’s not one of those fancy glass offices you see in the city center. Instead, it’s a regular building where the rooms are filled with computers and a lot of printed papers. We spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to make sense of things. It can get a bit cluttered with all the books and reports lying around, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a pretty calm environment for the most part. We don’t really do big meetings or have a front desk person. Usually, if the door is open, someone is just in the back working on a project. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a bit now and it feels like home. Getting here isn't too hard once you know the society name. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We're just a small team doing research work day in and day out. Sometimes we take breaks and walk down the street to grab tea. It’s a straightforward life here at BrillioResearch, focusing on the tasks at hand without any extra fluff. We just keep our heads down and handle the research projects as they come in.
