Our office is located at Flat 51 in Girija Shankar Vihar, which is in the Karve Nagar area of Pune. It’s a bit of a climb up to the flat, but the view of the neighborhood is alright from the balcony. We do advisory work, which mostly means people come to us when they have problems with their business plans or need a bit of direction. Brainvista Advisory Llp is just a small group of us who have been around the block a few times. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign in lights. Usually, the table is covered in papers and half-empty water bottles. We spend a lot of time talking through different scenarios with our clients. Pune is a busy city and Karve Nagar can get quite crowded, so we appreciate the quiet inside the building. Sometimes we meet clients at the local cafes if they find it easier than coming to the residential complex. It’s a very informal setup we have. We don't use big words to sound smart, we just tell people what we think will work for them based on what we’ve seen before. The address is Sno 30/2B/1/31 if you are looking for it on a map.
