Bpozitions is located on the 4th floor of Nilgiri Hights. We are in building A 21, which is right behind the International Convention Center on Sb Road in Pune. It’s a good location for us because the area is quite active. We’ve been in Pune 16 for a while now. The office is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for our team and the equipment we need. We do a lot of processing and phone work throughout the week. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have long meetings about strategy. We usually just talk over the desks about what needs to happen next. Sb Road can get very busy with traffic, so we often hear the horns from down below. It’s just part of the day. We are a straightforward bunch of people. We don't use fancy titles or complicated processes. If something needs fixing, we fix it. We’ve been part of the local business community here for a good stretch. It’s just Bpozitions, doing the daily grind in a sensible way. We don't try to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the people who work here and the tasks we have on our plate every morning.
