Bmc Software

We are located over in Sangvi, Pune, working under the name Bmc Software. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been part of the local scene here for some time now. Dealing with software stuff isn't always easy, but it’s what we do every single day. We don't have a giant glass building or anything, just a regular place where we sit down and get to work on the computers. Pune is a big city for this kind of thing, but we try to keep it simple and straightforward. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is living here. We don't really use big words to describe what we do. We just write code and fix things that aren't working right. Most of the guys here have been with us for a bit, so we know how each other works. It’s not about being the biggest company in Pune, it’s just about doing a good job so we can go home at the end of the day feeling alright. We aren't big on meetings that last forever or those long-winded presentations. We’d rather just get the tasks done. If you walk around Sangvi, you might pass by us without even noticing, and we’re fine with that. It’s a practical way to run things, just keeping it local and staying focused on the screens we have in front of us.
