B.K.Associates,Pune

Our office for B.K.Associates is over in Ambegaon, right behind the Bharati Vidyapeeth campus. If you know Pune, you know how busy the traffic gets around here, especially with all the students moving about. We are located in Flat No-18 of Priyadarshini Vihar, which is part of Survey No-33. It’s a quiet enough building once you get inside. We have been here for a few years now, handling the daily paperwork and meetings that come with being associates. The space isn’t very big, just a few tables and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow when it gets too hot in the afternoon. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes off the hills, though the noise from the street can be a bit much. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at files. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with glass walls. We just drink our tea and get through the list of things to do. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise when we are leaving late. Living and working in Pune means you get used to the rain in the monsoon and the crowded buses. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real and grounded. It’s just us doing our thing in a regular apartment block, trying to keep up with the work every single day.
