Bilta Travels

Bilta Travels has been operating out of A 26 in Baner Gaon for a good while now. We are tucked away near Green Park, which is a nice little landmark for anyone trying to find us. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a couple of computers that aren't exactly brand new, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up. Most of our days are spent on the phone, talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they should be. It’s not a glamorous business, but it keeps us busy. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy websites. People usually find us because someone they know told them about us. Being in Baner Gaon is nice because it still feels a bit like a village, even with all the new buildings going up around. We like the local feel of the place. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy and we have to wait for pages to load, which can be frustrating when you're trying to check a booking. We just take it in stride. There’s no big team here, just a few of us making sure things run as smoothly as they can. If you walk past Green Park, you’re just a short distance from our door. We keep the place open pretty late most days because travel doesn't really stop. It’s just regular people doing regular work here.
